Eric has been a strong advocate for housing during his time on the Board of Supervisors, and we’re especially encouraged by his commitment to advancing policies that will help Marin build more homes, as well as his past work on Marin’s inclusionary zoning ordinance and its HCD-compliant Housing Element.

If elected, Eric has also pledged to unlock the financing pipeline for housing and bring back redevelopment agencies through tax increment financing, which could provide important new tools for getting housing built.

As Marin Magazine has noted, Eric is “one of the most visible champions of housing projects on the Board of Supervisors” and “a strong advocate for permanent supportive housing for the homeless and other vulnerable populations.”
